All groups have been designed to empower and enable people. Held at the Hospice, groups are led by our Wellbeing Assistants and qualified clinicians from our Rehabilitation, Social Work and Spiritual Support teams.
A seated, drum-based exercise and social group set to music. No previous musical experience is needed, and different abilities can take part.
A seated movement class introducing Tai Chi techniques that can be practised independently to support the body and mind.
A chance for patients, family members and carers to try different styles of guided relaxation and learn techniques that support self-care.
A relaxed gardening group offering gentle conversation, enjoyable planting activities and opportunities to experience the benefits of spending time with nature and connecting with others.

An audio biography service enabling patients to record memories and stories for family members and loved ones to treasure.
